INGREDIENTS:
1/2–1 cup almond or coconut milk
1 teaspoon turmeric
1 teaspoon fresh grated ginger or 1/4–1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Pinch black pepper
Honey or maple syrup (for vegan) to taste
DIRECTIONS:
1. Blend all ingredients.
2. Warm in a small pot on the stove and pour into a mug.
3. Top with a pinch of cinnamon if desired.
