Turmeric golden milk

TURMERIC GINGER CINNAMON LATTE

PREP TIME: 5 minutes

COOKING TIME: 4 minutes

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1/2–1 cup almond or coconut milk

  • 1 teaspoon turmeric

  • 1 teaspoon fresh grated ginger or 1/4–1/2 teaspoon ground ginger

  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

  • Pinch black pepper

  • Honey or maple syrup (for vegan) to taste

DIRECTIONS:

1. Blend all ingredients.

2. Warm in a small pot on the stove and pour into a mug.

3. Top with a pinch of cinnamon if desired.
